IV sedation involves administering sedative medication intravenously (through the veins). This method of delivery enables our dentists to provide the sedation more quickly, as well as easily control the level of sedation to ensure that you stay comfortable. IV sedation is a form of conscious sedation, meaning that it will not make you unconscious, but you may feel so relaxed that you fall asleep during your treatment.
This sedative gas is mixed with oxygen and inhaled during your treatment to help you feel more relaxed. Nitrous oxide is a mild form of sedation that wears off within just a few minutes after we stop the flow of gas.
Oral sedation involves taking an oral medication before your treatment. By the time of your appointment, you will feel calm and at ease.
I came in with a terrible toothache and needed a root canal. Dr Mike was attentive and quick and fit me in his schedule on a day he probably had a lot of other important things to do and patients to see. I am grateful beyond words!

Highly recommend! I was super nervous but everyone was super nice and the assistant really calmed my nerves. Wish I came sooner!

I had a crown placed. I noticed upon entering how pleasant and joyful the workers are to patients as well as each other. They get along so well. This spills over to patients also.
